The packing machine is designed to wrap individual products such as bottles, cans, cartons, jars, wooden items, household chemicals, briquette, cemetery candles, etc. in shrink film to form bulk packages.
The semi-automatic packing unit consists of a packing machine and a heat shrink tunnel arranged on a common frame. Packaging is put by hand on a table between adjustable arms of a pusher moved by a pneumatic actuator. After pressing the START button on a handheld control box the packaging is moved behind a sealing bar to a collection table.
During pushing under the sealing bar the package is wrapped in film unwound from two rolls. A clamp holds the package during sealing and cutting the film. The wrapped package is pushed further from the collection table to the heating tunnel conveyor belt. Then, the package passes through a heating chamber where the film on the package is shrunk. Proper air circulation is provided by air mix fans. Ready packages after being cooled under a cooling fan are taken away from a roller table. Operating parameters of the device are set on a control box.
The machine is equipped with a system of automatic unwinding of film from an upper and bottom roll, worktops made of stainless steel, a constant-temperature sealing bar, speed control of the heat shrink tunnel conveyor belt, temperature control of a sealing bar and temperature control inside a heat shrink tunnel, as well as adjustment of air blow intensity inside a heating chamber.
