Heat Shrink Tunnel
The TGW 40/50 heat shrink tunnel is a standard machine designed to wrap individual and bulk packages such as jars, cans, bottles, cartons, wooden items, household chemicals, etc. in shrink film.
Products packaged in shrink film are put into the heat shrink tunnel on a conveyor belt that carries them through a heating chamber. In the heating chamber under high temperature the film shrinks. Proper air circulation inside the chamber is provided by air mix fans. After leaving the heating chamber the package is cooled by a cooling fan. The package is taken away from a roller outfeed table.
The heat shrink tunnel has conveyor speed control and temperature control inside the heating chamber.
The heat shrink tunnel can operate as a stand-alone unit, as well as in the process line.
We tailor dimensions of the heating chamber to customer needs.
